Doğum günümde iş yerimdeki arkadaşlarımla kahve arasında güzel bir sohbet ve kahvenin yanına eşlik etmesi için çaylı kek yapmıştım. Fakat o zaman daha yeni vegan olmuştum ve süt, yoğurt hatta yumurta olmadan nasıl kek yapacağımı bilmiyordum. I baked a cake for my birthday to share with friends with a cup of coffee and lovely chit-chat during our coffee break at work. However, at that time I was a new vegan, and had no idea how to bake a cake without milk, yoghurt or egg. After some research, I found out a way to bake a cake not only vegan but also sugar-free 🙂 I hope you like it. Enjoy!
